  KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR INVOICES IS SIMPLE!
  Cromland Online offers a convenient way to keep track of your invoices & shipments!



The Invoice Details Page 1

The "My Invoice Details" Screen will display after you select the "view the Invoices" link on the Purchase Order Details Screen.

Here you will be able to view a listing of all the Invoices that relate to the purchase order you selected.

The Invoice Details table will clearly display the Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Number of Cartons in the Shipment, Shipment Weight, Units Shipped, and Invoice Total.

To view the Invoice online, simply click on the Invoice Number.

A second "Invoice Details" Screen will display billing information for the previously selected Invoice.

The table that displays will show you a breakdown of the selected Invoice, including the following:

  • Invoice Number, Invoice Date
  • Account Number, PO Number

  • ISBN, Title, Author
  • Qty Ordered, Qty Shipped
  • List Price, Discount,
        Extension


    • To view the Tracking Information for the shipment, click the Tracking Number & Package Details link.

    The "My Package Details" Screen will display detailed shipment information for the selected Invoice.
    Here you will find a breakdown of the shipment corresponding to the selected Invoice, including the following information:

  • Invoice Number, Invoice Date
  • Number of Cartons Shipped
  • Total Shipment Weight
  • Units Shipped, Carrier Used


    • A breakdown of the packages in the shipment will show you the details & contents of each individual box, including:

  • Box Number & Weight
  • Box Contents: ISBN, Title,
        & Qty
  • Tracking Number per box
