  KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR ORDERS IS SIMPLE!

  Cromland Online offers customers a convenient way to keep track of their orders!



The Order Status Page

Select the "My Order Status" link from the "Order History" box on the Customer Home Page.

Note: You must be logged in to your Cromland Account to access this information.

This will link you to the Cromland "Search History Screen" where you will be able to search your order history, view invoices, and obtain tracking information.



Searching Your Order History

The "Search Order History" Page will display next. Enter your desired search criteria & click "Find".

You can search your past orders by:

  • Entering your PO Number

  • Entering an ISBN Number

  • Entering a Date Range


  • * Note: When searching by Date Range, you must enter both a Start Date & End Date in the exact format shown (yyyy-mm-dd).



    Viewing Your Order Details

    A "My Order History Screen" will display the results of your search.

    "My Order History Screen" shows you a listing of Purchase Orders matching the criteria of your Order History Search.

    Click the "Purchase Order Details" to access a Detailed Purchase Order Screen.

    The "Purchase Order Details Screen" shows you all the items that were ordered for your selected Purchase Order.

    From the "My Purchase Order Details" Screen, you will be able to view the invoice(s) related to your selected Purchase Order, by clicking on the "View the Invoices" link.
