Cromland Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:
Cromland's shipping terms are F.O.B. Warehouse, Allentown, PA  U.S.A.  The customer is responsible for all freight costs.

Cromland ships all domestic orders by UPS Ground unless the customer requests another carrier or method.  For information on drop shipping, see the table below.


International Shipping:
* Please Note: For all international orders, a Proforma including a shipping quote will be provided to customers before their order is processed & shipped.

Cromland's shipping terms are F.O.B. Warehouse, Allentown, PA  U.S.A.  The customer is responsible for all freight costs, taxes, and duties.

We can ship weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to suit your needs. 

If you already have a forwarder/consolidator in the U.S., we will ship your consignments to them by an inexpensive ground service. 

For consignments weighing more than 50 kilos, it is more economical to ship via air freight directly from our warehouse in Allentown, Pennsylvania.  Foreign customers can expect to receive their consignments within 4-6 business days when shipments are air freighted directly from our warehouse.

If you do not have a forwarder/consolidator and your consignment weighs less than 50 kilos we ship by UPS Express International or FedEx, whichever is less expensive. Foreign customers can expect to receive their consignments within 3-4 business days when they are sent by courier.

Drop Shipping:
Cromland will drop ship anywhere in the world. This service is especially useful for online retailers and booksellers who want to ship globally without the hassle. There is no service fee for drop shipments. Shipping terms remain F.O.B. Warehouse, Allentown, PA. The bill-to customer is responsible for all freight costs and risks.

There are a few points that bill-to customers should keep in mind when placing drop ship orders:

  • Bill-to customers must place all drop ship orders in writing only and should include the customers' phone number.
  • Bill-to customers must make all claims/return requests in writing only. Cromland will not accept any requests from ship-to customers. Pre-authorization is required for all returns, regardless of the reason for the return.
    All claims/returns will be handled as described in Cromland's trade policies.
